Big stars, new shows

James Woods, Jeff Goldblum, Dennis Miller, Joe Montegna, Anne Heche, Stanley Tucci, Peter Strauss, Tom Berenger, Alicia Silverstone and Kim Cattrall are among the A list stars on board for TV pilots in the US. But the British networks are queuing up for the new Aaron Sorkin penned series which stars Matthew Perry, Bradley Whitford and Timothy Busfield. It already has a 13 episode order and is behind the scenes of a Saturday Night Live style comedy show.
