The Unit and more Brotherhood

Bravo will premiere The Unit on Tuesday October 3rd. The thirteen episode series about a tactical response unit comes from David Mamet and Shield creator Shawn Ryan. Stars include Scott Foley (Felicity) and Dennis Haysbert, better known as David Palmer in 24. The CBS series will commence its second season in the US shortly.

Meanwhile Showtime have renewed the accalaimed Brotherhood for a second season. The story of two brothers in Rhode Island, one in the police the other in the mob, will have a ten episode order. FX will begin screening the first series of 11, on Sunday October 16th. Briton Jason Isaacs plays the bad guy.
